NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES

The City Council of the City of Hutchins, Texas will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. Monday, May 24, 2010 at City Hall, 321 N. Main Street, Hutchins, Texas 75002. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the amendment of land use assumptions, capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee for water, wastewater and roadways. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update. The information will be available for public viewing at the office of the City Secretary, 321 N. Main Street, Hutchins, Texas 75002 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday beginning April 22, 2010.
