NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION TO THE REGISTERED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF HUTCHINS:

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hutchins will hold a General Election on the 8^th day of May 2010, for the election of one (1) Mayor and two (2) Councilmembers.

The polling place for votes in precincts 3904, and 3905 shall be the Hutchins Community Center, 501 W. Hickman Street, Hutchins, Texas.

The polls shall be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted at the Hutchins City Hall located at 321 N. Main Street on:

April 26 (Monday through Friday) April 30 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

May 01 (Saturday) 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

May 02 (Sunday) 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

May 03 (Monday thru Tuesday) May 04 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Applications for ballots by mail must be received no later than the close of business on

April 30, 2010.
