NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Hutchins Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing is being held to consider a request by JAAMBO LODGING, LP for a change in zoning of a 1.5533 acre tract of land more or less as described in deed to JAAMBO LODGING, LP recorded under C.C. No. 200900207013, D.R.D.C.T. City of Hutchins, Texas situated in the Thomas Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 453, Dallas County, Texas Abstract

453, Dallas County, Texas. Physically described as

– (R) Retail District

(R) Retail District with a Specific Use Permit for construction of a 4 – Story Hotel with the designation of building height, size of parking spaces, and sign height

Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above request at a regular meeting on Monday, April 5, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
