NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Hutchins Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 to hear the following:

Variance on parking space requirements from 9ft to 8ft 6 inches as stated in site plan of proposed motel/hotel (American Best Value Inn) located at 1120 Dowdy Ferry Road in Hutchins, Texas.
