Parties who may have interest are: Rodolfo Castenada and Clara Rodriguez, US Note Group Inc., and taxing entities from Dallas Co., including Dallas Co. Tax Assessor. Public Sale will be held on December 22, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. (CST) at Moreno’s Mobile Home Transport, 1528 E. FM 664, Ferris TX 75125. Cash or cashier’s check only and must be paid within one hour of the time of bid acceptance at the sale.
