NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Hutchins Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. This hearing is being held at the request of property owner (Quik Trip 973) located at the northwest corner of I-45 and Wintergreen Ro ad. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas to hear the following:

· Variance on a 90 Ft tall sign with 815 square feet of sign face adjacent to the I-45 ROW

· Variance on proposed sign on the Wintergreen Road frontage will not have a 3 foot space between the bottom of the sign face and ground

· Variance on front yard parking which exceeds 50% of required parking
