Notice is hereby given that the Ferris Independent School District, acting by and through the governing board, will accept SUPPLEMENTAL PROPOSAL PACKAGES FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.

The successful Vendor must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent labor and Materials Bond with a surety company satisfactory to the Owner.

PROPOSAL PACKAGE NO. 19: Site Irrigation System.

PROPOSAL PACKAGE NO. 20: Automatic Sprinkler Fire Protection.

PROPOSAL PACKAGE NO. 21: Wall Plaster Repair.

Proposals will be accepted at the Ferris ISD Maintenance offices located at 401 E. 3^rd in Ferris, Texas until 2:00 p.m. September 01, 2009. The Board of Trustees of Ferris Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed not in the best interests of the District; to waive any and all technicalities; and to make awards as they appear to be advantageous to the District.
