NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

THE STORAGE PLACE, pursuant to Chapter 59, Texas Property Code, shall conduct a public sale of the contents on the storage unit(s) listed below to satisfy a landlords lien. All sales will be conducted at 980 W. FM 664, Ferris, Texas on 7-10-09 at 11:00 AM and will be for cash to the highest bidder. All successful bidders shall remove the contents of the unit(s) immediately and completely clear and clean the unit free of any property and trash. THE STORAGE PLACE reserves the right to reject any bids and withdraw any items from such sale.
