NOTICE TO VENDORS
INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the Ferris Independent School District, acting by and through the governing board, will accept proposals for catalog or inventory list prices, plus discount, if applicable for athletic supplies and materials for all sports, A/C supplies and service, Pluming supplies and service, Electrical Supplies and service, Auto supplies and fuel service, Instructional and Office supplies and other Contracted services used by the school district. These proposals will be for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 2009 and ending August 31, 2010.
Proposals will be accepted at the Ferris ISD bus barn office located at 401 E. 3rd in Ferris, Texas until 3:00 p.m. August 7, 2009. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed not in the best interests of the District. By responding to this letter you will be assured of placement on the Ferris ISD schools approved vendor list for the 2009-2010 school year. Failure to respond in writing to this proposal by the deadline will cause Ferris ISD to limit according to statute the amount of business transacted during the time period in the proposal request.
