INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Ferris Independent School District acting by and thru the governing board will accept proposals for "Painting, Sidewalks, Flooring, Chip Seal Coat, Band Tower, Communication, Network and Security System and any other material and labor needs for summer projects.

Proposal for the sale of Existing Portable Buildings.

Proposal documents may be obtained by prospective contractors at the Bus/Maintenance Facility, 401 East 3^rd Street, Ferris TX.

No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of the proposals without consent of the owner.

Proposals will be accepted at the Ferris ISD Administration office located at 303 East 5^th Street, Ferris, TX until 2:00 PM, July 7, 2009. The district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed not in the best interest of the district.
