Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Samuel P. Birchfield, Deceased, were issued on November 24, 2008, in Cause Number 08-E-2230, pending in the Probate Court of Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas, to:

The residence of such Independent Executor is in Ellis County, Texas at 104 Ashburne Glen Lane, Ovilla, Texas 75154.
