NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST EDDIE I. PATTERSON, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary of the Estate of EDDIE I. PATTERSON were issued to Paul G. Patterson as Independent Executor on November 18, 2008, under Cause No. 08-E-2227 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas. Claims may be presented to the Independent Executor of the Estate addressed as follows: Paul G. Patterson, c/o Susan M. Mason, Atty. at Law, P.O. Box 915, Midlo-thian, Texas 76065. All persons having claims against the Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
