Solon Place Self Storage, 301 Amanda Lane, Waxahachie, Texas pursuant to the revised Civil Statutes of Texas, Article 5238b, shall conduct a public sale of the contents from the storage units of the below listed individuals at the location and on the date as noted in order to satisfy a landlord’s lien. This sale will be conducted beginning at 11:00 a.m. and will be for cash to the highest bidder. All buyers will take possession and remove the items immediately. Solon Place Self Storage reserves the right to reject any bid and withdraw any item from such sale.
