NOTICE TO VENDORS INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Ferris Independent School District, acting by and thru the governing board, will accept proposals for catalog or inventory list prices, plus discount, if applicable, for general electrical parts and supplies. These proposals will be for the business year beginning September 1, 2008 and ending August 31, 2009.

Proposals will be accepted at the Ferris ISD bus barn located at 401 E. 3^rd St. in Ferris, Texas until 3:00 p.m. August 8, 2008. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed not in the best interests of the District. Failure to respond in writing to this proposal by the deadline will cause Ferris ISD to limit according to statute the amount of business transacted during the time period in the proposal request.
