Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Guardianship of the Person and Estate of ZACHARY TATE MARTIN were issued to BETTY BATCHELOR as Guardian on June 25, 2008, under Cause No. 08-G-1016 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1, Ellis County, Texas. Claims may be presented to the Guardian of the Estate addressed as follows: Betty Batchelor, c/o Susan M. Mason, Atty. at Law, P.O. Box 915, Midlothian, Texas 76065. All persons having claims against the Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law. Dated this 30 day of June, 2008.
