Request for Proposals

ANTHEM (Alliance for North Texas Healthy Effective Marriages), the Regional Intermediary (RI) for Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Region 3E, is seeking proposals through June 30, 2008 for up to six subcontractors. These subcontractors will provide capacity-building and service delivery management for premarital and healthy marriage education services. Region 3E covers eight counties: Dallas, Collin, Fannin, Hunt, Rockwall, Kauf-man, Ellis and Navarro.
