LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID

Ellis County Emergency Service District #9 is accepting bids for the following vehicles:

1974 American La France Fire Pumper Truck

1975 Chevrolet C-60 Fire Booster Truck

1980 Ford F-700 Fire Pumper Truck

1984 Chevrolet Utility Pickup

1994 Ford Crown Victoria

Deadline for bids to be submitted is 5pm, Friday, April 25, 2008 and must be in writing. Bids can be submitted to Fire Chief Ricky McElhaney or dropped off at Palmer City Hall at 113 West Jefferson in Palmer, Texas. Vehicles are to be sold as is without any warranties or guarantees. Ellis County Emergency Services District #9 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
