NOTICE TO VENDORS INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Ferris Independent School District, acting by and through the governing board, will accept proposals for materials and labor to install a new gym floor at the Ferris Intermediate School PE Gym, 50 ft. reach bucket lift and dividing screen for PE Gym with all volleyball equipment.

FISD will also accept from interested parties the opportunity to advertise on FISD gym scoreboards. For further information, specifications, and details, please contact Steve Nalley, Director Maintenance and Transportation, at 972-544-2043 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. weekdays.

Proposals will be accepted at the Ferris ISD Maintenance offices located at 401 E 3^rd

in Ferris, Texas until 3:00 p.m. April 28, 2008. The Board of Trustees of Ferris Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed not in the best interests of the District; to waive any and all technicalities; and to make awards as they appear to be advantageous to the District.
