City of Wilmer: Public Hearing

City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a zoning request initiated by XT Beltline 45, LP, to rezone a 74.2± acre property from Light Industrial (I1) and Single-Family Residential-1 (SF1) to Planned Development-Light Industrial (PD-I1), said property being generally located on the north side of W. Beltline Road, approximately 400± feet west of Summers Street, in the City of Wilmer, Texas (the subject property is also cited as 300 W. Beltline Road, and as Tract 17 in the A.K. Gray Survey, Abstract No. 0505, Page 150, in Dallas County Appraisal District records).
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
Both public hearings will be held in the regular meeting place, the City of Wilmer Community Center, located at 101 Davidson Plaza in Wilmer, Texas.
All persons interested in the proposed zoning request are invited to attend the public hearings and to provide their comments at that time. Comments may also be submitted in writing (or via fax or email) to the City at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of each public hearing at the following address:
