City of Hutchins


The Hutchins Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. This hearing is being held to consider a request by Hutchins Masonic Lodge AF&AM 1154 on behalf of Naud Burnett II, (DBA) Casa Flora for a change in zoning of 0.512 acres of land more of less being a portion Lot 20 Division 8 of the Town of Hutchins an Addition to Dallas County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume 283 Page 4 & 5 of Map Records of Dallas County, Texas. Property being physically described as 210 W. Palestine, Hutchins, and Texas. 

Present Zoning – (R) Retail

Proposed Zoning – (R) Retail with a Specific Use Permit for a Laboratory 

Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above request at a regular meeting on Monday, July 15, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
