NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hutchins Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. This hearing is being held to consider a request by David Rogers for a change in zoning of 4.063 acres of land more of less situated in the WILLIAM GATLLIN SURVEY, Abstract No. 499, and being a part of the W.W. Cook 48.70 acre tract described in Deed recorded in Volume 257, Page 472 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, and being more particularly described as : Beginning at an iron rod for cornerer by a 4” x 5” high steel fence post, said corner set at the intersection of the south line of the said W.W. Cook 48.70 acre tract with the west line of U.S. Highway No. 75 (300 feet wide); Ending Thence South 22 deg. 00 min. East along west line of said U.S. Highway No. 75, a distance of 353.30 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing 4.063 acres of land. Property being physically described as 701 South I-45 in Hutchins, Texas.
Present Zoning – (HC) Highway Commercial
Proposed Zoning – (HC) Highway Commercial with a Specific Use Permit for Heavy Vehicle Repair and Overnight Storage.
Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above request at a regular meeting on Monday, April 1, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
