NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Hutchins Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. This hearing is being held to consider a request by William Slaton on behalf of John McManis, (DBA) MC3 Metals for a change in zoning  of 1.379 acres of land more of less situated in the Benjamin Matthews Survey, Abstract No. 898, City of Hutchins, Dallas County, Texas, with said tract being part of Lots 16 and 17, Division 5, of the Bussey Estates as described in Volume 256, Page 190, and Volume 394, Page 530, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas, with said tract also being a part of that tract conveyed to B.D. Atwell Jr., as described in Volume 2751, page 452, Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas. Property being physically described as 405 Lancaster Hutchins Road in Hutchins, Texas. 

Present Zoning – (HI) Highway Industrial

Proposed Zoning – (HI) Highway Industrial with a Specific Use Permit for ‘Truck Storage’.

Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above request at a regular meeting on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
