City of Wilmer: Public Hearing

In accordance with Texas Tax Code, Chapter 312 et. seq. the City Council of the City of Wilmer will conduct a Public Hearing on Saturday, January 05, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., in the regular meeting place at 101 Davidson Plaza, to consider: an Ordinance of the City of Wilmer, designating Wilmer Reinvestment Zone 4; providing eligibility of the zone for commercial-industrial tax abatement; containing findings that the area qualifies to be designated as a tax abatement reinvestment zone and the improvements sought are feasible and practicable, The property being considered for designation as a reinvestment zone is described as follows: the property includes four (4) parcels of land and located on the North side of Pleasant Run Road, East of I-45 Frontage Road and South of Fulghum Road being 99.5785 Acres, 24.234 Acres, 37.2570 acres, and 110.76 Acres situated in the Sunridge Business Park as recorded in Volume 3915, Page 412 and Volume 3949, Page 17, D.R.D.C.T. and Volume 89039, Page 460, D.R.D.C.T. and Volume 3915, Page 412 and Volume 3949, Page 17, D.R.D.C.T. Volume 98213, Page 3108, D.R.D.C.T. and Document No. 200503549209 D.R.D.C.T. and Document No. 200503630373 D.R.D.C.T.
