NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Hutchins Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.  This hearing is being held to consider a request by Consolidated Casting for a Change in Zoning of 3.211 acres of land more or  less, Whereas Richard L. Grant is the owner of two tracts of land situated in the William Gatlin Survey, Abstract 499 in the City of Hutchins, Dallas County, Texas by virtue of special warranty deeds as recorded under clerks file #201200080279 and 201200080271 and being physically described as 405 Lec Lane and 407 Lec Lane in Hutchins, Texas.    

Present Zoning – HC – Highway Commercial District

Proposed Zoning – HI Heavy Industrial District

Should the Commission recommend approval; the Hutchins City Council will consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission on the above request at a regular meeting on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber.
