The following property described below was seized by the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation, $19,581.79 US Currency; 1966 Lincoln Continental, VIN: 6Y89G437034; 1999 Ford F250, VIN: 1FTNF20L7XEB65566; 2001 Jaguar, VIN: SAJDA01P91GM15094; (1) one Royal digital shipping scale FCCID: NLHCFS150A; (1) one Pelouze digital scale model 4040; (1) one white Black & Decker bag sealer CAT: VS200; (1) one Sovereign money counter SN: K01408015360, from 3480 Shiloh Road, Midlothian, Texas 76065 on June 15, 2012, due to the property’s involvement in a transaction or attempted transaction in violation of  Title 18 USC § 1956.  Pursuant to Title 18 USC § 981, this property is subject to forfeiture.  Any person(s) claiming an interest in this property may file a claim to the undersigned before the close of business (4:30 p.m. Central Time) on August 23, 2012; otherwise the property will be forfeited by law to the United States of America and disposed of according to law.  Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation, Attn: Mark Parsons, Asset Forfeiture Coordinator, 1100 Commerce Street, MC: 9000 DAL, Dallas, TX 75242, Telephone (214) 413-5927
