City of Wilmer: PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC HEARING 

In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 211 et. seq. and Wilmer City Ordinance No. 88-1206, the City of Wilmer, Texas, Wilmer Board of Adjustment will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to consider an application for request for a variance on the property line setback regulation of the structure. This property is located at 327 Thorne, Wilmer, Texas 75172.  The property is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 8, in Block No. 5, of Kissell Dale Third Addition, an addition to the City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas, according to the plat of said addition duly recorded in volume 25, page 255, map records of Dallas County, Texas.
