ALMA, TEXAS

On May 31, 2012 the City Council of Alma, Texas held a public hearing regarding property at 106 FM 1183, Alma, Texas that resulted in adoption on May 12, 2012, and issuance on May 13, 2012, of a final order that the buildings thereon be repaired, removed, or demolished, and property cleared of debris within 30 days from date of issuance of order; and upon noncompliance City may secure, remove, or demolish the buildings and clear the debris at city’s cost, and have a lien for such cost against the property.  A complete copy of the Order may be obtained by contacting Alma’s attorney, Lawrence Jackson, at 500 N.
