NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

THE CITY OF HUTCHINS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, May 14, 2012 AT 6:30 P.M.  IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 321 N. MAIN STREET TO GET PUBLIC INPUT REGARDING  CDBG FUNDS TO BE USED IN A STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF HUTCHINS UNDER THE DALLAS COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2012. 

The public is encouraged to attend this hearing and/or express opinions in writing to Mayor Artis Johnson at P.O. Box 500, Hutchins, Texas 75141, by phone at 972.225.6121, or by email at www.cityofhutchins@prodigy.net.

Hutchins City Hall Council Chamber is wheelchair accessible from the back door.  Request for special services must be received at least (48) hours in advance of scheduled meeting. For assistance please call the City Secretary’s office at 972.225.6121.
