NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Hutchins Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 09, 2012 to hear the following:

Variance on construction of new home at 427 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas  from 1212 square feet to 1004 square feet without garage.
