NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Hutchins Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber located at 321 N. Main Street in Hutchins, Texas at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 to hear the following:

Variance on the minimum side yard setback and variance on minimum rear yard setback at property located at 401 E. Palestine Street in Hutchins, Texas.
