Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Mary Theresa Kelly were issued on February 1, 2012, in Cause No. 12-E-2010 pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas, to Charles Kresge, as Independent Executor without Bond.
