NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GEORGIA GAIL PALLICK

Notice is hereby given that on October 18, 2011 Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Georgia Gail Pallick were issued to Harry B. Pallick, as Independent Executor in proceedings in the Probate Court of Ellis County, Texas, in Cause No. 11-E-2217 and pending in said Court and that he now holds such Letters.

All persons having claims against this Estate are hereby required to present the same to Harry B. Pallick, as Independent Executor of said Estate, addressed in care of Harry B. Pallick at the post office address given below within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
