PUBLIC NOTICE

The Wilmer City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 3, 2011 beginning at 7:30 P.M. at 101 Davidson Plaza, Wilmer, Texas 75172 to hear and consider an Ordinance to Tax Tangible Personal Property in Transit which would otherwise be exempt from Taxation pursuant to Texas Tax Code Section 11.253.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
