NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

The City of Hutchins City Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers, 321 N. Main Street, Hutchins, Texas on Monday September 19, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.  The hearing will be for consideration of the 2011-2012 General Fund Maintenance and Operating Budget, the General Fund Debt Service Budget and the 2011 Tax Rate.  Also considered in the hearing will be the 2011-2012 Water & Sewer Fund Budget and the water and sewer rates for the year. 

The 2011-2012 Budgets are on file with the City Secretary at City Hall 321 N. Main Street and are available for inspection upon request.

The public is invited to attend the meeting and/or express opinions in writing to the City Council, PO Box 500 Hutchins, Texas 75141.

The City Hall and Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible.  Sign interpretive services must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.  Call City Secretary’s office at (972) 225-6121.
