NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

Notice is hereby given that on August 31, 2011 at 2:00 PM Metroplex Self Storage #4 located at 3906 W. Airport Frwy, Irving, TX pursuant to provisions of Chapter 59 of  the Texas Property Code, shall conduct by PUBLIC AUCTION the sale of the contents of the storage room(s) listed below to statutory lien and landlord’s lien. All sales will be to the highest bidder for cash whom shall take possession and remove the contents of the room within 48 hrs. Payment to be made at the time of the sale. A cleaning deposit will be  required. Metroplex Self Storage #4 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw any items  from such sale. Auction held by Charles Connour Auction license #7216.
