Ordinance No. 2011-0923

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUTCHINS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING CHAPTER 3 “BUILDING REGULATIONS” BY AMENDING ARTICLE 3.12 “ALARM SYSTEMS” BY AMENDING SECTION 3.12.001 “DEFINITIONS” BY ADDING A DEFINITION FOR “PERMIT HOLDER”; BY AMENDING SECTION 3.12.004 “ALARM SYSTEM OPERATING REQUIREMENTS” TO INCLUDE REVISED REGULATIONS FOR FALSE ALARMS; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; providing a savings clause; providing a penalty clause of fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense; and providing for an effective DATE.

DULY PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUTCHINS, TEXAS ON THIS THE 20TH  DAY OF JUNE, 2011.
