City of Wilmer: PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC HEARING 

In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 211 et. seq. and Wilmer City Ordinance No. 88-1206, the City of Wilmer, Texas, Wilmer Planning and Zoning Commission  will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. to consider an ordinance of the City of Wilmer, Texas, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, by providing standards applicable to lighting within commercial and residential areas, providing for permits, fees, and inspections; to provide for a penalty for conviction of violation of the terms of the ordinance, to provide for severability and provide for the repeal of the ordinance in conflict.
