NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THOMAS LYNN SWAN, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that on the 14^th day of March, 2011, Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of THOMAS LYNN SWAN, Deceased, were granted to the Independent Executrix by the Probate Court of Ellis County, Texas, in Cause No. 11-E-2045, pending upon the Probate Docket of said Court.
