City of Wilmer: PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 211 et. seq. and Wilmer City Ordinance No. 88-1206, the City of Wilmer, Texas, Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at 101 Davidson Plaza, Wilmer, TX to consider an application for request for a Zoning Change from Single Family Residential to General Commercial. This property is located at the 805 Mars Road, Wilmer, Texas 75172. The property is more particularly described as follows:
Being part of the Jeff Weatherford Survey, Abstract No. 1536, and the Elizabeth Crockett Survey, Abstract No. 223, in Dallas County, Texas, and being part of a called 100.867 acre tract described in Deed from H. C. Ashley et al to Greg Hayes, Trustee, dated November 29, 1978, recorded in Volume 78232, page 1440, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Mars Road, said point bears South 60 deg. West 877.83 feet from the southeast corner of said 100.867 acre tract; from which a steel fence post bears North 29 deg. 22 min. 53 sec. West at 30 feet;
THENCE: South 60 deg. West, with the center of Mars Road, 292.61 feet to corner, and a steel fence post bears North 29 deg. 22 min. 53 sec. West at 30 feet;
THENCE: North 29 deg. 22 min. 53 sec. West 1518.75 feet to a steel fence post for corner in the north line of said 100.867 acre tract;
THENCE: North 60 deg. East 292.61 feet to a steel fence post for corner;
THENCE: South 29 deg. 22 min. 53 sec. East 1518.75 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 10.202 acres of land, more of less, of which 0.202 acre, more or less, is within Mars Road.
