NOTICE FOR PROPOSAL

The Ellis County Shared Service Arrangement is seeking sealed proposals for the sale of 1 Portable Building, approximately 64’ X 24’, located @ 301 E. 5^th St. @ corner of N. Mabel St., Ferris, Tx. 75125

You may contact Mr. Gary Autrey, Executive Director of ECSSA @ (972) 544-2058, Ext. 1307 to examine or inquire of the Proposed Building.

Sealed Proposals will be received until January 27, 2011 by 2:00 P.M. at the ECSSA Office. The mailing address of the ECSSA Office is P.O. Box 399, Ferris, Tx. 75125-0399, the physical address is 301 E. 5^th St., Ferris, Tx. 75125. Please address proposals to the attention of Gary Autrey, Executive Director. Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Sealed Proposal for Sale of Portable Building." The ECSSA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof, to negotiate with any prospective bidders; to waive any and all technicalities; and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the ECSSA.
