AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS, ABOLISHING THE WILMER MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
