RED OAK - The boys hosted Ferris for their district opener on Tuesday, Feb. 9
and wasted no time sending a message.
They blew out the Yellow Jackets 9-l.
The boy's record is now at 11 wins and 1 loss for the season and 1 win 0 losses
in district play.
Last Friday night's game and Saturday's rescheduled game against district rival
Wax-ahachie were cancelled due to several inches of snow on the field.

FERRIS - The Lady Hawks traveled to Ferris to take on the Lady Yellow Jackets in
their district opener and no, they did not know the boys beat Ferris 9-0, but
they went ahead and beat the Lady Yellow jackets 9-0 too, but hey, weirder
things have happened, like 10"of snow!
The Lady Hawks are now 1-0 in district with an overall record of 7-2-1.
