Hawks and Lady Hawks hosted Senior night

RED OAK - The Hawks and Lady Hawks varsity soccer teams held their Senior night
on Friday, March 11 at Bill Goodloe Stadium.
Prior to the senior night events, the Hawks played Ferris.
The Hawks offense started off a little slow, but soon got things rolling and
made it look easy as they went 5-0 at half time.
The Yellow Jackets just couldn’t slow down the onslaught as they peppered the
Ferris goalie with shot after shot.
In the end, the Hawks went on to win 9-1.
The Lady Hawks also played Ferris in the late game and only needed about three
minutes to score their first goal.
They quickly scored two more goals and the rout was on.
The game was one-sided and the Lady Hawks went on to win 9-0.
Between the boys and girls game, the seniors walked with parents and family as a
brief bio was read.
After the photos, the Hawks Soccer booster club presented a check for $2,089.05
to the Arms of Hope charity.
The booster club and players raised money all season for the charity.
