April 14, 1934 - May 18, 2010
DALLAS - Grady Lewis Jordan, 76 of Dallas, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, May
18, 2010 at Mesquite Tree Nursing Center in Mesquite.
Grady was born on April 14, 1934, the son of the Oscar James and Julia Black
Davidson.
He attended Wil-mer-Hutchins schools. He was a member of Abundant Life Baptist
Church in Ferris.
Preceded in death by his parents, his wife Lillian J. Eckert, Oscar James and
Julia Black Davidson Jordan, sisters: Joyce Bensley, Veltie (Sissy) Lampier,
brothers: A.J. Jordan, Arnold Ray (Dick) Jordan, Les Jordan, O.C. Jordon, Clay
Jordan and Howell Jordan; He is survived by a son Ricky Lewis Jordan of
Mississippi; daughter Kayla Marie Jordan of Balch Springs; 12 grandchildren 19
great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Visitation was held from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2010 at Green
Funeral Home.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Green Funeral
Home.
Interment followed in the Patrick-Pruitt Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Jordan
officiating.
