WAXAHACHIE - Funeral services for Wanda Bratton, 71, were held at 2 p.m. Friday,
Jan. 22, 2010 at Waxahachie Funeral Home.
Born Sept. 19, 1938 in Chulafinnee, Ala., the daughter of Julius and Vernice
Crosson Perryman, she passed away Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010.
Preceded in death by her son Lawrence Boyd; she is survived by her loving
husband Wayland Bratton; daughters Kimberly Durham and husband Gary, Karen
Thompson and Donna Morrison; son Galen Boyd; sisters Mary Campbell, Jean Piley
and Judy Hicks; brothers Jerry Perryman and Jack Perryman; grandchildren Zachary
Nichols, Kristin Thompson, Christina Weaver Karena Boyd, Shane Boyd, Danielle
Durham and Derek Patterson; eight great-grandchildren.
Interment followed in the Rosemount Cemetery under the direction of Waxahachie
Funeral Home.
