ENNIS - Frances A. Addkison, 77, passed away on Monday, Jan. 18, 2010 at the
Ennis Care Center.
She was born on June 12, 1932 to Charlie and Annabell (Powers) Dike in Edom.
Frances was raised in Edom and attended Edom High School. On Aug. 17, 1947 she
married Morgan (Okie) Addkison and for the last 25 years she had made her home
in Ennis.
She was a member of Brownsboro Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents; her husband Morgan (Okie) Addkison; one son
Charlie David Addkison and one daughter Dianah Addkison. She is survived by one
son Michael Addkison of Ferris; two daughters Dalvah and her husband, Roger
Daniel of Ferris and Charlene McPike of Ferris; eight grandchildren; 15
great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and one sister; Shirley
Norton of Vidor.
Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 with the time to be
announced at a later date in Red Hill Cemetery of Brownsboro, Texas. www.jekee
