FERRIS - Hazel Mavena Hall, 75 of Ferris, passed away Monday, Oct. 12, 2009
peacefully at her home. Hazel was born in Davidson, Okla. on April 28, 1934, the
daughter of the late Cecil Jessie and Minnie Evelyn Moore Fort. She was married
to Billy Ray Hall on August 5, 1949 in Dallas, Texas.
Hazel is survived by three sons: Michael Hall of Ferris, Ronald Hall of Athens,
Kevin Hall of Ferris.
Hazel is also survived by a sister: Celia Ann Sells of Sulphur Springs; a
brother, William Fort of Garland.
She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren many nieces and nephews and a
host of friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Hall.
Visitation was held on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009 from 5 - 7 p.m. at Green Funeral
Home in Ferris. Funeral services were held on Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 at 1 p.m. at
Green Funeral Home. Interment was at the Trinity Cemetery in Wilmer. Green
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
