RED OAK - Funeral services for David Edward Holt, 59 of Red Oak, were held at 6
p.m. Monday, March 2, 2009 with Rev. Donnie Jordan officiating.
Born Aug. 25, 1949 in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late Edward Clifford and
Dolores Virginia Butler, he passed away Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009 peacefully at
his home in Red Oak.
He worked as a laborer and loved motorcycles.
He is survived by his daughter Samantha Holt of Ferris; two sons Jason Holt of
Ferris and Adam Holt of Red Oak; two sisters Beverly Holt and Renea Holt both of
California; brother Edward Holt of California; and four grandchildren.
Arrangements were under the direction of Green Funeral Home in Ferris.
