WAXAHACHIE - Visitation and prayer services for Saul Arguijo Rodriguez Sr., 59,
were held at 7 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2008 at Waxahachie Funeral Home.
Born March 4, 1949 in Mexico, the son of Juan Rodriguez and Soledad Arguijo
Rodriguez, he passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008.
Saul founded and pastored the church named "Iglesia de Dios de Los Gentiles" in
Waxahachie.
He also ministered and founded numerous churches in Dallas and the surrounding
areas as well as a missionary and evangelist in Mexico.
He is survived by his wife Andrea Rodriguez; daughters Diana Garcia, Rebecca R.
Perez, Deborah R. Ramirez and Areli R. Esparza; son Saul Rodriguez Jr.; sisters
Noemi Villa, Milka Morales, Magdelena Rodriguez, Prudencia Lopez, Soledad
Rodriguez and Beraima Rodriguez; brothers Obed, Juan, Isaias, Iram, Nephtali and
Eliu Rodriguez; grandchildren Jossue Obed Garcia, Jonathon Eduardo Esparza,
Jared Lamech Rodriguez, Javan Emilio Perez, Jazziel Daniel Ramirez, Jocsan Eli
Ramirez, Jasaai Alberto Esparza, Jilliane Rebecca Perez, Jesse Saul Perez,
Jiyrah Areli Esparza and Michelle F. Rodriguez; and one daughter-in-law Zayda F.
Rodriguez.
Interment followed in the Lakeview Cemetery in Waxahachie under the direction of
Waxahachie Funeral Home.
