The Ellis County Press: Maria Ana Olivarez Maria Ana Olivarez ================================================================================ Editor on 09/06/2012 23:14:00 Sept. 15, 1937 - Aug. 29, 2012 RED OAK - Maria Ana Olivarez, 74, of Red Oak, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012 suddenly, at her residence. Maria was born in Brownsville, Texas on Sept. 15, 1937, a daughter of the late Sara Rodriguez and Issac Gonzalez. She loved the Dallas Cowboys. She was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church. Maria is survived by her husband Oliverio Olivarez of Red Oak; four daughters Elizabeth, wife of Jay Canafax, of Waxahachie, Yolanda, wife of Florentino Jimenez, of Red Oak, Michelle Arbaiza, of Red Oak and Crystal Olivarez, of Red Oak; six sons Rojelio, husband of Rosa Olivarez, of Waxahachie, Richard Olivarez, of Dallas, Roel, husband of Dana Olivarez, of Corsiciana, Ramiro Olivarez, of Waxahachie, Michael, husband of Amy Olivarez, of Rowlett and Omar Olivarez, of Waxahachie. Maria is also survived by brother Hipolito, husband of Ermilia Gonzalez, of Eagle Pass, Texas; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Visitation was held Sunday at Green Funeral Home Sept. 2, 2012 from 6 - 8 p.m. Rosary was held at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church Monday Sept. 3, 2012 at 10 a.m. with Deacon Frutas Vega officiating.
